Every data source in Senior Care Intel
What each source supplies, the rights it comes with, when we last refreshed it and how many records it holds. Record counts are read from the database each time this page loads; none are typed in.
How records are checked
Every contact and owner record carries three checks, each shown separately as passed, failed or unknown, with its source and date:
- Identity: a named source ties the person or company to this home or owner group.
- Second source: an independent source agrees. Copies of the same filing do not count: CMS Care Compare ownership repeats CMS’s own ownership filings, so it is never a second source for them.
- Freshness: the source date is within the window shown for that source below. A stale record is not necessarily wrong, but it should be rechecked before outreach.
A passed check says the record matches its sources.
